All flights to Northern Cyprus are connected via Turkey. Therefore, depending upon his or her nationality, a prospective student may need a VISA for both the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).Please contact the nearest Turkish Embassy/Consulate (www.mfa.gov.tr ) to get advice on the VISA requirements of both Turkey and TRNC, and complete VISA requirements by presenting the letter of acceptance issued by the university.
Health Services
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus requires all international students to enroll in Health Insurance System which covers emergency treatment, clinical examination, as well as costs of hospitalization. An annual fee of 50 USD is charged by the university during registration for this compulsory health insurance.
Residence permits:
All international students regardless of status must register with local authorities, and obtain a Residence Permit.
